I think it's based off the Zastone DMR radio if I remember correctly.

Local Kirisun dealer/distributor has quoted to me Kirisun is one of the oem manufacture for sepura (http://www.sepura.com/products/dmr/) for mobiles and I suspect also portables and repeaters too.

the mobiles are a spitting image of each other but then again it looks very close to hytera too. It is too hard to say as they all seem to copy from each others cook book.

Kirisun may be another asian maker worth watching and may have a good product. Sepura is known for there tetra kit and to be using kirisun DMR may give them a small leg up.
