I tried to download the newest version of System Design Tools from MOL but the link sent me to the wrong zip file. A quick search on here pointed me to the file uploaded by Mars (isn't he the best?). I installed on my Win10 machine and now it won't open. The previous version worked just fine on my machine. This one doesn't give me an error... it just simply sits there like I didn't click anything. Tried "run as administrator" and uninstalling and re-installing. Has anyone had trouble with Win10 and/or this new version?

Version I'm trying to use: R14.

I am assuming you have CPS 12.1 installed and running as your CPS. The package installs fine on Win7 x64 Ultimate, but I have sworn off Win10 for Lent 2020, at least. It IS a developmental tool and may not be fully functional with anything but the pre-release version of Win10 that was out when the tool was created.

Yes, CPS 12.1. I found a workaround after some Googling to find an old version and re-installed version R08 of System Design Tools and it is working again. Gets me the basic info I was looking for but would like to have the most updated if I can get it to run.
