I have an O3 head and a 7/800 XTL 5k that I am trying to get to work. I keep getting FAIL 01/90 then maintenance mode remote device. I swapped TIB/flex for another and still no luck. However, the head and TIB/flex #2 now work fine on a UHF deck I have here. I took that opportunity to do a control head sync and flashed the latest head FW to the O3 with the GCAI serial cable. I swapped it all back to the 7/800 with no luck. Putting back on UHF it fires up fine. Putting a O5 head off another radio the 7/800 works and communicates just fine. In fact I bumped the FW up to latest from 20.00.00 using the O5 with no issue. All heads and all radios are now at latest FW but the O3 will only work on the UHF, not the 7/800. The old TIB worked fine before, but now is no go on the UHF or the 7/800. The flex was swapped just to check with no change.

Did something happen to the old TIB that affected the 7/800 brick? Why does the O5 work perfect but the O3 won't?
