One Mic, Three XTLs

I'm looking to figure out a solution to get rid of some mics on a future install. I'd like to tie one mic to three XTLs and only needing to transmit obviously on one at a time. South Metro Fire has something similar (see screenshot from a video) but I believe its only a select option on their fire headsets. Does anyone know of a solution out there that would allow me to do this or am I on my own in building my own.

Thanks.

The NCS-C250 shows up on eBay from time to time. This was designed by the same folks who made the multi receiver and multi transceiver switches in the NCS line. They ceased producing those because it was no longer economically practical and apparently sold the NCS-C250 to another company.

Our SAR mobile command truck has the NCS-250. Connected to 4 radios. 2 VHF, 1 UHF , and 1 800. It can transmit out on multiple radios or act as a cross-band repeater.

hey I would just use a 4 pole 3 position switch ...use the rear accessory connector for the mic hi mic lo ptt and monitor ....ground is common
just use some diodes for the logic to ground the unselected monitor lines.

use an RJ45 version microphone ...small maxtrac ( hmn1056) would be my preference due to the size but there are full size rj45 type as well.

just my two cents

On first thought 3 DPDT momentary push button switches should solve the problem. If you want to get creative you could use 3 or 4 pole switches and wire the PTT in series through the switches so the first switch pushed would lock the others out.
