PATMOB R.20.01.00 password override

I have searched the forum and I have seen the older posts in regards to this. But I am asking if anyone knows the dec/hex line that the password edit can be found in.

I once again apologize if I upset or start a fire. But i am unable to find the correct line

I am using hex workshop, Astro Mobile p25 R 20.01.00, and the XTL5000

There is no "line" -- there are offsets. And the instructions for this are clear.

If you don't understand how hex editing works, find a tutorial online and follow it.
