Yes, I don't believe there's any problem with relating particular eBay users for positive or negative comments. Mine were sold as "brand new" also, but I am familiar with the seller and realize he is a scrapper and might not know the difference between an overstocked part and a rejected part that has a tiny defect, so I did not hold that against him. Plus, the seller accepted a nice low offer on them - so the few minor issues were easily repaired or overlooked for the value. I am happy with my deal with him.

I had bought a couple of the black 1.5 2500 housings off the user. Both seemed ok checked out ok. No dents scrapes or scuffs. Both had internals for BN and outer was bn. By looks of it I guess I was lucky? Displays seem great. Speaker also. I got mine about same when I got two at offer. I inquired and I agree he may not know the difference. I forget what mine listed as. They were barely put up and I grabbed them right away I believe he had put used new. But they definitely look brand new and not rejects. But I'll keep better watch.

I think that it's because your standard black cases is totally different issue than yellow PNC.

If I'm correct I believe the policia nacional down there at least the patrol and regular uniformed surprisingly are pretty much non encrypted and use adp software if it is even used I believe. Maybe explain the sp line order not having secure hardware options. I noticed most the municipal police forces in mexico and south America and the state side entities utilize open comms for regular stuff and the federal police use tetra or other secure comms solid. I'm not sure though if policia nacional is a federal type entity or state type setup entity. I figured federal since national police but maybe they follow a state police level type of existence there.

Possibly your right. I almost got a couple but they sold out before I could. Thought it would be cool to have one hanging around being yellow and saying policia nacional lol
