Priority Access For Motorola Capacity Plus System

I am an end user on a Motorola Capacity Plus System. I am trying to determine if all users have the same access to the system or if some can be given priority access. I know that the statewide trunked P25 system that we participate in has a means to ruthlessly preempt some users if higher priority traffic occurs. Is that a possibility on Motorola Capacity Plus Systems?

Since there is no controller with queuing, Cap+ doesn't have priority levels per se, but you can give some users 'priority' access using the TX Interrupt feature. The big issue with that is all the radios in the system need to be programmed to recognize and allow the interrupt. It works very well if properly configured.
