I don't know if it'll work on your APX, but I can tell you for sure that the Mission Critical pod for the APX will not work with this adaptor. The Operations Critical one will.

I was wondering if you can use this Bluetooth pod and use regular headphones like the ones that come with you iphone or ipod? I would like to use this Bluetooth pod so I can have regular headphones attached for listening using the bluetooh feature on my apx7000
