R024011 Portable XPR7550 not found when attempting to update

I am using CPS 11.0 trying to update an XPR-7550.

I installed portable 2.4.011 .exe, and when I click update, CPS can not find the update. So as a test, I installed the older 2.4.002 portable update .exe, and it is found just fine. I was able to update to 2.4.002, but the CPS can not find the newer 2.4.011 update. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the 2.4.011 update.

Is the newer 2.4.011 requiring CPS 11.5 to be found, by any chance? If so, am I stuck at 2.4.011 until I upgrade my CPS?

Any suggestions?

CPS 11.5 is required to flash R02.40.11 firmware.
