Radio Management server not recognizing firmware

Hi.

I updated my Radio Management server to CPS 13.5 and RM 2.1.17. I wanted to update my radios to 2.6.5 so I installed the firmware files, opened up the CPS, and tried importing the files into the RM, but the CPS couldn't find them on the server. I also have the 2.6.0 firmware and some older ones installed and it found those just fine. Tried from another computer as well, but it couldn't find the firmware either. Has anyone else encountered this problem and know of a way to fix it?

FSB11107 issued 16Aug2016 addresses this (available under Product and Technical news in your MOL account). Workaround is to use RM Configuration Client to import the firmware update packages.

I've never seen any FSBs on EMEA MOL. Perhaps they're in a part I don't have access to.
