RAS on one TS only?

I'm looking at RAS, namely the ID range feature, to limit some of the traffic on my DMR ham machines but would like to use it on one timeslot only. The System Planner doesn't specify if this can be applied to a timeslot or if it affects both. I would assume this is a "system-wide" setting for a lack of a better word. Can anyone confirm this?

I can block ID's in the C-Bridge but that doesn't prevent the mouth breathers from TXing on the repeaters locally. I'm trying to avoid unlinking timeslots or going full-retard LCP here, and stick with the setup I already have.

The repeater will not allow RAS on only 1 TS.
