I ended up getting this gem for 350 USD. It has me stumped though. I've gone through many posts of fake tags and this one I can't decide on. The tags look real but I am questioning the missing bottom tag. The serial runs as July of 2005 which makes me think this is a Panter88 radio. It has a whored out flashcode of 5A9008-101F87-7 and is running firmware 17.00.02. I think it's legit but I would like a second opinion from the board.

Thanks.

The tags look legit, and are from a Model 1 radio. If you are talking about the blank white tag under the model tag as the missing one, it's perfectly normal. If the radio wasn't FM IS rated, then they just got a blank white tag where the green/black FM approved label would go.

Okay thank you very much. It seems this radio was upgraded to a model 3. I should have checked that first but for 350 USD with a battery, charger, antenna and a speaker mic it was an offer I could not pass up.

As long as it doesn't say " Flashpart " or doesn't exceed the "Kimits" ......
