Hey all,

I currently have an Astro Spectra with a remote W4 head in my Dodge Charger that I'm looking to replace with a remote XTL2500. Here's my issue... the remote head for the XTL is a fair bit thicker than the Spectra (which I can deal with) but the main issue is the interconnect cable. On the Spectra it's a right angle plug that keeps the cable nice and tight to the head. In my install the cable pops up from the centre console right behind the head allowing me to keep the head close to the dash. On the XTL the cable comes straight in and really can't be flexed a whole hell of a lot which pretty much screws me for installing it in the same location. Does anyone know if there is an alternate cable with a 90 degree connector on the end, or some sort of adaptor perhaps? I'd really like to keep the remote head where it is currently installed as it's fairly discreet and out of the way.. plus I really don't have many better locations for it....

Thanks!!

You should look at the XTL motorcycle control cable. IT is flat on the back with a cable coming out on the edge.
