Fail 01/90 seem to be a very common failure (general hardware failure) i had a xtl2500 dash mount doing this a lot and it would go into maintenance mode as well
i repaired it simply by disassembling it and ensuring that all plugs where plugged in properly
so before you go trying a re flash do the above first worked for me !
