Evening all,

Had a group of subscribers come back from depot with R02.20...... firmware so had to make the jump to the new RM before they could go back into service.

Word to the wise, plan a full day.

* Language Packs -
* Man down Profile-
* IT Rule changes that man removal of the older components and install of the newer components "difficult" .
* An a number of other small changes in the release not noted in the readme document.

Interesting. I just got a 'lite' subscriber back from depot yesterday and it came in with 1.20..... seems a little out of date to me. I had a 3300e which went in to depot with 2.20 late last year, and it came back in January... with 2.09
