Moto finally figured out the problem with my horrendous RM server going unavailable....

The fix is super simple. Point it to an NTP server. If the time goes off between all the boxes it stops processing jobs. Point to an NTP server and it doesn't fail anymore...

Hope this helps others with quirky issues also.

Wow.... something so simple. What's next "If your RM server is offline, plug it in to 110V AC"

If your RM components are on a Windows domain, all the computers will NTP sync to the DC by default. Watch out though since DCs don't automatically sync to real time themselves. Another alternative is if you have a pfSense firewall, you can run a simple NTP relay on it and thus have NTP even on semi-airgapped boxes.

RM is definitely quirky.
