Hi guys,

I'll be releasing a new build of TransTRBO specifically as Freeware for Volunteer groups.
It's fully functional and supported with the latest requested upgrades:-
  1. Use of Foot Pedal
  2. Displayable Text Alias for GPS points
  3. P1 - P4 Radio buttons (long + short) on main Toolbar
  4. Selectable action for double click on Contact List
  5. Bug fixes to reliable reading Zones/Channels from Radio
  6. Bug fixes for Language selection
  7. Some setup/configuration tools at http://www.trbotools.com
(Further information available http://www.transtrbo.com/forums/index.php)

But there are a number of European, Canadian and South American groups who require local language translations.

I am using a Freeware tool called LocalizeRC written by Konrad Windszus which produces a Text file from the Windows Resource File

Each line in the text file has 2 x fields, each within inverted commas, with an '=' sign between them. The first text field is the Original English text, the second is where the final translation goes (between its inverted commas.

The text file is in the form:-

Code:
"English Text 1"="Translate to Italian Text 1"
"English Text 2"="Translate to Italian Text 2"
etc

There are quite a number of items  but there is no rush ...

If you are interested in helping, please contact me

cheers
