I have an SL300 which I've already updated to R01.01.30 (latest firmware for it) and have been using TRBO CPS 12.1 to read/write successfully to it.

Trying to sell this radio and a potential buyer is asking if TRBO 11.5 (Build 621) can read/write this radio which has R01.01.30 firmware.

Anyone know?

(I have TRBO CPS 11.5 b621 and have installed it on my laptop and can confirm later when I get home from work, but wanted to see if I can get a quicker confirmation before I get home so I can relay back to the potential seller).

Thanks in advance!

I don't know for sure, but radios programmed with 13.0 can be read/written with 12.1. Confirmed that today on the bench. Would be nice to know if your 12.1 radio will work with 11.x.

I just confirmed and it cannot be read 11.5. Looks like it requires 12.0 or later.

Did you try to put in a saved code plug with 11.5. In Oct I had purchased a XPR4550 that had been programmed with the newest CPS at that time. I couldn't read it with my 11.5, but I had other 4550's that had been programmed with 11.5. I simply wrote [cloned] one of the other radio's code plugs into the radio, & since then I can read, & write to the radio with 11.5. Even though the newest CPS is available to me, I can't go to anything newer than 11.5 because the 900 hack I use won't work with anything newer. GARY
