I have two MCS-2000 radios; 900 and VHF-Hi. I am using RVN4175 Version 2.03 and have the 900 extension. I cannot read either radio and have tried several programming cables. Running XP. Any suggestions?

Check for corroded mic pin connectors. This was a common issue with some of that series.

What area of the radio are you programming from? Front mic port or bottom 25pin plug?

If you can't read or write to either radio, and have tried multiple cables, then it's likely that you have the port set incorrectly in CPS.

(I corrected your spelling of codeplug).
