XPR-5550 403-470 to 512mhz

Hey All... I tried to use HXD Hex Editor to make radio to go to 512. When I use HXD it cannot find 470.00000 any suggestions to get radio to go to 512? I know it worked for the 4550?

I think from past discussions you need to edit a running instance of CPS for the limits encoded as a unicode string.

I also understand that from CPS10 this no longer works.
