Hello all ,

Tonight I was working on programming a few DMR-MARC repeaters into my radio. I wrote to the radio and it was successful , unplugged the programming cable everything was normal. Went to plug in the RMN5052A MIC that came with the radio and I get an "Invalid Accessory". I tried writing my original codeplug in and its still doing the same thing.

Im at a loss , any help or explanation why this happen would be awesome.

Thanks in advance
Dan

Have you tried unplugging the radio, then plugging it back in?

What firmware and CPS versions are you using?

Tried that. have looked over my codeplug to make sure I didn't fat finger anything and I can't find anything wrong.

Do you have another microphone you can plug in to test with?

Have you tried a "recovery" option from within CPS? (This fixes any potential codeplug corruption)

Does the radio transmit on analog channels, but not digital? If so, there's a firmware/CPS bug which Motorola is aware of and will be corrected in CPS 12.1 which will be released ASAP.

If you wish, email me your codeplug. marsp25 at gmail, and I'll take a look to see if there's something obvious.

Tried recovery and its a no go. Thinking it may be a hardware issue.
no PTT on analog or digital
