XPR3500 and talkaround

I have programmed a XPR3500 conventional for talkaround. I checked allow talkaround. I programmed P2 for TA. P2 does not do anything. I programmed utilities for talkaround. TA does not show on menu. What am I missing?

Are the freqs in band, or are you trying to push slightly out of band?

Don't the 3500's do the whole band? 136-174, & 403-512? No out of band on them, right? GARY

Everything is normal. CPS is the latest. FW is February 2015 as is the shipped date. Frequency range is 151 to 159.
