XPR4500 Not Receiving

Hi all. I picked up a used XPR 4500 today and when I threw it on the bench to test it, I'm running into an issue where anytime I key up on another radio, the XPR 4500 won't put out any audio nor will the RSSI meter appear or the green receive LED blink. The thing transmits just fine from what I can tell, puts out the proper RF power and sounds fine on analog and digital.

Tried in both analog and digital channels, but I get the same issue. When I pull up the current RSSI "meter", it's hovering around -75dbm and on occasion, the squelch will open and I'll get static almost like there's a noise source but there isn't. I know it should be hovering closer to -120dbm. Very rarely when I key up, I'll get the RSSI meter and the blinking green LED.

Is this a hardware issue or a software issue? I copied all the settings and zones/channels from my 4550 codeplug

Update: I ran a recovery on the radio and that fixed the radio until I disconnected it from power and let it sit. Then the problem comes back. I can run all the recoveries I want and it fixes the problem until I turn off the radio power.

Battery backed RAM? Probably a long shot but isn't there a coin cell in that radio for RTC and GPS? It might have some relationship to your problem.
