XPR4550/4580 Firmware D01.00.23. Not able to program.

I just purchased this radio and hooked it up to the computer and realized that I couldn't program it. Upon reading a few forums I found that D01.00.23 is a Development firmware of some sort.

I am wondering if there is a way to load the standard firmware into the radio, so that I can use it?

I have CPS 8.0 Build 410 and CPS 10.0,10.5,10.7, and 11. I also have ********** 4.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to manually load a firmware into it, with ********** 4, but it wouldn't take it. The oldest firmware I have for a 4550/4580 is R01.11.20.
