Can the XPR5550 be connected to a CDN1337/RCH3000 combo? It seems like it would work. If not the 1337, would an L3208A work? I have a UHF XTL5000 consolette set up right now, but if I could swap it out for the 5550, then I could use it for DMR and analog and get rid of the consolette.

Any thoughts?

Completely different animal. The Trbo line uses a different (IP) based control. See the RadioPro interface by CTI Products.

Oh well. I had a few extra RCH3000 remotes sitting around. What about using tone-remotes. I have a couple that I could use. I see in the CPS that channel steering is an option, but is that only on analog channels?

I have not tried it in analog, someone else may have.

I've got a mixture of DMR and analog channels and I'm trying to keep clutter at a minimum. I had two RCH3000 remotes in my computer room, one for VHF and one for UHF. This kept the radios out in my workshop and made a neater computer area. I was hoping to incorporate the DMR side of the house. I wish there was a deskset solution.

The Trbo-Vui re-branded to RadioPro is a virtual control head, so, all you need is a touch screen or keyboard/mouse solution. It comes with its own interface computer. Might be an option. There are any in the Partner Solutions catalog.
