I am back working for a client that uses a networked Capacity Plus system. All subscribers are either XPR6550 or XPR4550. My company has four XPR6550 radios assigned to us.
3 of the 4 radios have very sloppy volume controls. The volume pot does not even click when turning them on or off. It seems Motorola really shit the bed on their parts supply for these radios.
Of all the portable radios I have used and/or owned I have never had a volume pot off indent do this.(LMR or hamster crap radios)
Anyone else with XPR6550 fleets finding this occouring?
Not sure if it matter or not, all the portables are IS.
