If you are talking about the 16 channels in the radio CPS versus the Option Board CPS, the radio's 16 channels in the Connect Plus zone are a fixed requirement of Connect Plus, and has specific settings that must be adheared to. I think it has some relationship to the 15 channel per site limit, but I'm not sure. For more than 16 channels in the Option Board you'll need to add another Connect Plus zone. Be aware though, that the zones need to be created in the radio CPS in a specific order.
Zone 1 must be your first Connect Plus zone. Zone 2 must be your Channel pool, followed by all the other Connect Plus zones. Finally, you can add any other zones at the end, conventional, Capacity Plus, etc.
