Has anyone got the BSM/DSM with the information for the 05 controlhead? I am looking for the part number for the plastic frame between the head and the brick. The frame I have is 1585245E01. Either this is not the correct part or the mounting screws supplied are too short and I will need the part number for the correct screw.

I have the DSM for the O5 ....actually forgot I had it and just stumbled on it a few days ago.

Let me look when I get a moment.

I have the DSM for the O5 and it only really covers the internals.

I did look at the one I have for the dashmount O5 adapter plastic and it has 15-85245E02 stamped on it

Also the screws are pretty long and the same ones used on the W series dashmount...I usually just re-use the screws that were already there.

JRY thank you for the reply. Once I knew to look for the right BSM the part I need is the 02 and not the 01.

If you have the DSM .pdf for the 05 head if you can upload it would be great. I hve ,located the BSM from the XTL5000 manuals thread here in the manuals forum. The only DSM I have 68P81096C74-B and this only covers the W series heads.

only have the hard copy of the O5 DSM. Ordered it years ago after the O5 heads had been out for awhile.
Was catching up on some bench repairs and noticed the same thing that you had the W Series dashmount plastic which is why the screws were too short.
