Tried to get my XTL updated from the current ancient version 8 firmware. It's a midpower o5 7/800 radio. I sent it to a batlabs member for the upgrade. I was hoping to fix some issues with it, the main issue was random reboots.
Radio would not power up for the member, despite a new power supply. He never was able to get far enough to attempt the upgrade and sent it back to me and it's installed back in my vehicle. Now it powers up straight into "maintenance mode, remote device."
I figured something came loose during shipping, so I checked inside and nothing was loose or disconnected. Also tried a read/write and the radio failed to acknowledge.
