So, I have a M1 5K, with R7 firmware, and I have voice announcement enabled.
About 50% of the time, the audio from the announcement has constant crackling and popping. It does this almost always on power on, and about 50% of the rest of the time. It does this on both the internal speaker, an RSM, and a Commander mic. It's random as to what channel(s) it will mess up on. The received audio, and radio tones, are perfectly fine (other than the radio is over-deviating, but I'm going to have it aligned for that)
Is this a known problem? Do I just need to upgrade to current firmware? Or is something worse going on.
