I have a XTS2500 Model III VHF that has a host of 9.00.05 and a DSP of 9.00.02 and a XTS2500 Model III 800mhz with a Host of 9.00.41 and DSP of 16.00.01. Do these have the current Firmware in them? If not does somebody have the latest firmware?

Your 800 MHz radio has the latest firmware. The firmware is available for download on the site. If you look in the proper area of the forum, you will find the download link for it.

could you please post a link for it I am only finding the 8meg 20.00 firmware.

It's in the 8MB firmware package. It senses your model number (_AN) and uses the correct firmware.
