On the public service channels that I monitor, I use a single personality that has an MDC system assigned to it. The DOS box is selected in this system, yet I always hear the full MDC tones on all channels.

This personality is also programmed as receive only. I was wondering if it was because deviation might be set wrong (narrow or not), but I cannot find a setting for this in CPS. I assume it is because everything is hard coded to narrow.

So, is there a setting for narrowband or is it locked (which is fine for the non ham channels). The only setting I could find was "Tx Opt Channel Spacing" which is read only anyway with the personality set to receive only.

Or is there some other reason DOS is not working?
