XTS2500 Won't Take a Frequency

I have a XTS2500 that I was wondering why I couldn't receive a tower when I could receive others. I entered the tower into a conventional channel and it says that the frequency is invalid. Specs on the radio are as follows:

Model Number: H46UCH9PW7BN
Flashcode: 501018-000488-8
DSP: R16.00.01
Firmware: R16.00.00
Bootloader: R02.00.00

The frequency in question is 77X.68125. It went fine with no invalid results inside of the trunked system channels. Does anyone have an idea as to what's going on? Other towers work fine on the no affiliate scan.

Well I figured the issue out on the conventional side. It was the TX Opt Channel Spacing (had to set it to 12.5 KHz). The problem is that you can't change it on a receive only personality.

Change the personality to allow TX, change the bandwidth, then reset the personality to no tx. This is how we do weather channels.
