XTS4000 and few issues with trunking

Hi all!

I do have 2 questions about XTS4000 in Astro25 digital trunking mode:

1. Why there is no RSSI button at all? Checked all available items in CPS, but there is no RSSI menu in listbox.
2. Talk permit tone sounds very uncommon. It differs from XTS/XTL2500/5000. It sounds more as ringing, not just beeping. Any way to change it to common tone?

All most current SW and FW is used. FC ic 548008-101E86-8.

Also there is no BATT menu. Platform limitation?

There isn't a need for a BATT menu as the batteries aren't IMPRES.

Yeah, thanks! Came to the same conclusion tonight, as it is not found Impres inscriptions.

But any ideas about RSSI? I want to check site name & CC level. Can do it with my XTS2500, but not XTS4000.

Not sure if this is helpful, but with the 2500 and 5000, it's called "Site Display/Search", not "RSSI". It just happens to display RSSI on SmartZone systems. Is this what you are referring to?

I mixed up mobiles and portables. Mobile can do 'RSSI' as softkey, but portable cannot. So I re-assigned some hardware button to do Site Display/Search on my XTS4000. And now issue with RSSI is solved.
