XTS5000 Newbee a Few ??

HI, just got a new to me XTS5K III and have a couple of questions. Also new to the forum so first a thanks and hello. In service mode it shows secure module numbers for KG1 KG2 and KG3, does this mean a secure module is installed? Second, in FPP there are a couple of channels named as "Weather" and when I try and edit the frequency and hit ok it goes right back to the original frequency. Is it possible to not allow mods on certain channels in the cps?
